i think sparda as an own playable charackter with a story mode should do it that would be better than he is only a custume from a other player, and i hope for a devil may cry with more as 2 playable charackters^^
I really agree on that anthonytks that players should assume the role of Sparda and play as him when he stood up for mankind and rebelled against his own kin! That would be a hell of a story! And use his powers and all!That would be so AWSOME :P! Sparda Rulez!
Seriously, I want a game about what is mentioned in this Prologue! I mean, Sparda is just barely mentioned in all 4 games and just a "capcom Costume" at the most for players. I want a full game about JUST SPARDA and his rebellion against the Underworld.

sparda didnt use rebellion to battle the underworld he used a differnt sword the sword sparda uses is in DMC3.
