this what u do get the chops right make sure its all alone like it is 1 litle peice then u drag in your effect to the chop it should pop up a screen makin u try to edit the effect jus x it out

u gotta cut the section out, that u want 2 apply the effect so it wont get the whole vid. Just highlight n hit "S", it "s" dnt work right click and cut.
