Doesn't look fake at all. Looks like what exactly it is. Long distance low pitched waves being reflected, probably at the upper floors of a high rise building. This is just what it look like. Swaying from long distance earthquakes can make suspended objects easily sway.

Actually it's not very unusual to sway like that, and if it's a safe building then there's no reason to run around like crazy.

However, since he can't keep the camera still for a single second, it's impossible to see anything moving but the star things.

Too bad.
