This is part of 'Freedom Fries' off Mighty Rearranger - he played this @ Green Man Festival - Aug 2007 & did the same bit at the end, i think he just throws these things in - he's also using the hymn 'Jerusalem' over the Donald Rumsfeld speech 'Known/Unknowns' about Iraq - it's a political song.
