He opened with this (and this outfit!) at Tampa Theater and put the audience in his talented hands, where it stayed until the last note. As usual. He is very missed, but it's so great that things like this exist to show those who missed him just how special he was.
I saw Michael at the Iron Horse in Northampton MA. He opened up with this song! His dressing room was downstairs in the club, and started playing down there. He walked up the stairs and walked thru the club, up on the stage and started spinning around. He sang the opening words to this song and it was then I realized what song he was playing. It was the first tim I saw him preform. I remember just having this smile from ear to ear on my face, in awe of this unique miracle man preform!
saw M.H 5x's @ coach h. san juan. i looked for this song on y.t. for a while. what a great blessing to see M.H. get get funky, really brought back his sprit and groove, awsome thank you
Amazing isn't it? He can grab the cheesiest song and make something so cool out of it. True artist. Rest in peace Michael, music isn't the same without you.
Saw Michael perform in Bham Alabama in 1994. He performed a wild song called Twister that he wrote sitting on his front poarch watching a Tornado roll acroos his view about 2 miles away. On stage he bounced on a big red ball as big as him while he played and sang all at the same time. He made it look soooo easy. He is missed dearly.

It's amazing how Michael can take pop music candy and make it uniquely beautiful.

I hate the original version of this stupid song, Hedges brought something less corny to it. I don't know.
