Yea Scott, Thanks for doing the ride and for helping so many people while doing it. You'll have the time of your life and probably never meet cooler people than the bike riders and crew on that ride. I hope you're getting your road miles in. The second day is 107 miles (but you'll have a tailwind most of it. Average 85 per, but there's a pit stop every 15-18 miles so you can refuel. I'm doing it too, my 12th time. You won't notice the miles as much as you notice all the smiles. Have a blast!

Those bikes are the best on the market, u wont have trouble there ;)

I was a cyclist for several years and it was great, it always makes u push to the limit and keeps your heart rate in such a high level.. Its keeps u in shape and kicks out your body fat with a smile on your face :)

just remember, keep your back straight, your feet on the pedals just like John told u and stay hidrate with a lot of water and carbs while u r riding...
