Guy below me! Yeah u! Don't u dare say this is arrogance! Perhaps u should look up the word "Phobia" and then the word "Fear" then realise there's a huge difference between them both. A fear is a normal thing like getting hurt etc. Fear uses logic combined with instinct. A phobia does not. It uses no logic and instinct, making it very powerful. If u havant already discovered your phobia then I'm sure u would know what it feels like. And it's not something u should laugh about really because it

I have had fear of needles for long as I can remember. In my childhood my mother was a hypochondriac and took me to the doctor many times. I must have had numerous injections at that time but I have blocked out all memory of that. In the last 31 years I have only had a blood draw twice. Once at age 14 and at age 19. I do not know how I went through it at that time. Now at age 45 I could not imagine having my blood drawn. I understand this is irrational. I do not know how to overcome this fear.
Last time I had to get a shot I locked myself in the bathroom for ten minutes. When I came out and they got the needle ready I burst into tears and couldn't stop shaking, so when the shot was given it was extraordinarily painful.
I have a huge fear to. I have to a vaccine before January 10 2011 or I will get suspended form school until I get the shot. But I am pretty sire that I have had all of my shots before so yeah. I am really really flipping out right now.
@GodzGamerz How are you feeling, son, now that the deadline has passed? Are you okay? I'm asking because I'm the Nervous Nellie type, too. Yes, adults can get scared of these things, too.
