This is not how he died, but to you who says hes still alive in ectraction point, he IS dead, hes a ghost, he dies in the beginning by Alma and Alma respawns him somehow, have only played F.e.a.r. 1 so I dont know about the rest, but he is dead at this place, thats why you always hear his voice and see him appear and disappear... HE IS DEAD AND IS A GHOST!

Hes a ghost, you kill his physical body and somehow he retrieves it... He dies in the beginning of fear 1 and Alma respawns he before he leaves his body and then when you kill him here hes ghost only live on... Thats why u still hear his voice... A ghost cant die
