  • You have the timing of a dead squid.

  • stupid question what are the little switches for? i played one today and the didnt seem to do anything.

  • How is the low B string?

  • It's surprisingly tight for a 34" scale. I love the bass.

  • Very cool. -5 for putting sweaters on your dogs.

  • Does anybody know if this bass is worth buying? seen and played one today and felt pretty good actually but teh whole squire naed behind it im iffy about.. its a really good looking bass tho like the one i tryied today.

  • HAHAHA

Your dogs it very goods.... You isn't!!!

  • man, you need to improve your left hand technique, otherwise you are going to damage it. by practicing scales and their proper positions you can delete those bad habits like puting your thumb above the fretboard. Also, in your right hand you need to relax your ring and little finger. if you stay with those habits it's probable that you will develop some kind of wrist condition. cheers!

  • concerto for dog and 5 strings bass ? good !

  • HAHA, your dogs.

  • Thank you very much

  • You're really good.

  • it's squier made in indonesia?

  • yes

  • the dog was barking to the beat

  • The riff at 1:50 is awsome. I'm really thinking about buying this bass. I want something five string and active. This seems like the best choice for the money.

  • its a bass line I wrote for one of my bands songs

  • @darrenandsarah123 or try to find a jackson concert v they rule i own 2

  • wuts the song called....? nice! good job!

  • how many seconds into the video?

  • nice yorkies, i got one too

  • lil more practicing i think she is right

  • those 2 dogs are awsome

  • what amp is that

  • It's a radio shack 30 watt amp.My main rig is a carvin 600 watt head with a behringer 810 cabinet.I just use that amp for practicing.

  • Fuck dude.......great sound

I spend much more money in my bass and prefer this lovely sound......great bass guy

  • nope thats the way the bass came from the factory.

  • Hey dude did the bass come without the scratch plate or did you take it off?

  • I absolutly love the bass. One thing that has to be changed is the original strings. They had alot of fret buzz.Once I replaced them with dr hi beams the fret buzz was gone.Personally the bass sounds better than all the basses I've player in the 500-1500 dollar range. That includes ibanez, warwick, musicman, schecter, fender, yamaha, pedulla, and tobias.

  • Better than a Fender??? Musicman??? Tobias??? Warwick???? Give me a break!!! Good budget guitar but thats as far as it goes. Do you honestly think if the Squier was as goo as you make it it would sell for as little as it does??

  • squier is made by fender :).

  • Really??!! Thanks for clearing up one of the great mysteries of the guitar world.

  • your a douche bag lol

  • Thanks for pointing that out. Now jog on!

  • They sell for little due to production location, build ect.

  • oh, i was thinking of buying one of these i already saw your review and i was wondering if you recemend it

  • I usually only use 2 on really fast stuff, most of the time I use my index finger for the notes and my middle finger for rythem to give it a percussive feel .

  • dude your good but whats up with using like one finger, or are using two and i cant see it

  • Haha, your dogs are awesome.

  • the big dog is sully erna, and the little dog is zakk wylde, the cat is chester bennington.

  • one of his dogs name is.........chester. just a guess

  • Nice dogs! xD

  • ...

  • ....

  • What does it say about such a fine bass player to have such scrawny dogs? You should post more vids my little bro!

  • You got both a nice Squier and nice dogs, man:)

  • The tuning for the 5th string is B

  • zanatany974-Actually across the board the string volume is the same since I replaced the strings with dr hi beams. I do recommend taking the original strings and finding them a nice home in the nearest trash can.

  • what is the fifth string on that bass

is it low b or high c/b

  • Cool, I like the Stu Hamm stuff. You make the Squire sound pretty good.

  • he cant make a bc rich sound good though...ive heard him try!...of course I dont think anyone could make one of them sound good :S

  • Hi, i'm going to purchase a bass and that one seems to be great value for money. But I've been told that the B string has less presence than the others ... Do you agree?

    regards.

  • i found this was true with my squier mb-5, but i havent got around to changing the strings as of yet.

  • Nice Playin' and nice sound!

  • nice playing, wow Squier

  • Nice playing - nice dogs too! lol

  • That's so totally awesome! You should be in a band!...Aha!

Anyways, really nice bass, first time seeing it in action, sounds good too...Itll be interesting to see what it sounds like once you put the carvin HB's in it...And Im still trying to make anyuci let me get some children...Zack and Sully are so awesome..I WANT SOME!
