I honestly don't understand why this was made into such a big deal at all. I go to an art school (college) to study photography...so I have to take the artistic side of things. First off, it was one photo. Two, it's not sexual in any sort of way, not like most where you get a peek of the chest or something. I think the photo is artistic and beautiful and should'nt be looked at any other way. It needs to be looked at artistically and with maturity.

I honestly don't understand why this was made into such a big deal at all. I go to an art school (college) to study photography...so I have to take the artistic side of things. First off, it was one photo. Two, it's not sexual in any sort of way, not like most where you get a peek of the chest or something. I think the photo is artistic and beautiful and should'nt be looked at any other way. It needs to be looked at artistically and with maturity.

i don't think this is a bad photo, had it been done at a later age for her. yes it is artsy, and she is pretty in it, but she has to think of the audience she has. most of them are young girls who idolize her and in doing this type of shoot they now have an excuse to pose for photos in this fashion. im not slamming miley for posing for this picture- it does look good. if she had waited just a couple more years im sure this wouldn't have been blown out of proportion.
