  • Been making it for the family, once every month, and when anyone new comes to visit, They love it....

    goes great with Sichuan Sauce and Drums of Heaven (Chicken Lollypop) BTW Egg Noodles Goes Best with This..... Also For Extra Crispiness Don't Bring Noodles to Complete Boil, Just a Point Before Al Dante will do.

  • For chicken stock you boil vegetables like carrot, onion, celery, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves, and cloves with chicken bones in plenty of water for about 15 minutes. Strain and use.

  • Very nice videos, thats what i was exactly looking for. its very easy and seems to be delicious. i'll gonna try this today only. Chef let me know if i can use the boiled noodles available at the market??? I hav an idea, i think we can also mix little bit the regular chowmein to the chopsuey, it would taste great. what do u say chef???

  • Yes, you can definitely use boiled noodles that is available in the market. Keep trying more and more recipes and let us know how they turn out to be.

    meri mummy mujhe chopsuey ke liye paise nahin derahithi, toh maine socha ok

    ill do it maself and i followed ur vedio.

    it took around 2hrs for me to make it.

  • i just made it now.....my husband loved it :).u know what?i added the noodles masala (the sachet that comes with the usual noodles) to the vegetables and it gave a nice flavour to it and it dint go waste too..:) and also i sprinkled some salt and pepper on the bull's eye...it was yummy yummy..we were fighting for the last bite..:)

  • i tried thisbut it didnt work out for me. the noodles were gettin stuck on the pan and were not becoming crisp though i applied oil to the noodles. could you tell me why?

  • This is because you overcooked the noodles.

    it came out pretty well...

    the gravy part came out perfect bt nt the noodles :(

    they were decent too bt nt as gud as the shef's here... i used egg hakka noodles and when i boiled them, i boiled them only till they were abt 80% done... plz tell me whr did i go wrong?

    also, my noodles weren't as thick as the ones showed here. wht noodles are these?

  • You can go to market. There are a variety of noodles available. Select the one as per your choice.

    exactly... i usually use egg hakka noodles bt they didnt cooperate much with this recipe. can u plz tell me, what noodles has the chef used here? or what noodles will work best for this recipe?

  • The noodles used here are vegtable hakka noodles.
