Fucking hell, doing that was so easy after watching this. It sounded like it was impossible the way everyone was talking about it... PLus I imagined a palm tree, small desert island, with a nice sun, lovely water, and a small shack with a weed smoking bar man... None of that, just an artefact with a dog in there. Yeah, it could of been a bit better implemented - like the part where you get teleported back lacks any teleportation screen like with other teleportations in STALKER so it could be confusing.

Just go go through it randomly and get teleported out, then walk through all the sections once like in the video to reveal the positions of the star fields. Should work.

In any suit (Exoskeleton is best with sprint servos and multiple articfact upgrades), stick in an artifact that drains radioactivity (Jellyfish, Wrenched etc), then stick this in. I belive Wrenched is -4 radiation so the effects will be cancelled out and you will only get the good stuff.

You need the Bubble artifact which reduces your radiation by 4. It's hard to come by, but worth it.

Garry will give you one in Pripyat if you provide him with the two artifacts before in the Science Lab.

Ah don't mind that. Noah is a bit lunatic, shooting the door is his way of saying hello. Just stand back, he only shoots twice. Then enter the arc, holster your weapon and talk to him. Unless you shoot him, he will be neutral towards you, and his pet (a pseudodog) won't attack you. ;)

Not really, since you might need him alive for other missions. I don't want to spoil your game, but if you leave him alive, he will end up giving you both artefacts and helping you. Then you can kill him, but I left him alive, he's a fun guy after all, and I usually just kill whoever shoots at me first. :)

The water does not heal you to my knowledge, and there is a powerful psy dog after you grab the artifact. The dog bit me as I jumped, killing me and sending me 20 feet into the air. Realism.

You can also obtain one off a bandit leader.

Eventually, the weaponry trader in the Skav ship in the first area will give you a mission to collect three Veles Dectectors and hand them into the science lab. After you have handed them in, you will eventually get a message from the trader saying that the perfect detector is there for you to pick up.

From which bandit leader? I have got a special AK from Nimble, but it was crap, this shotgun looks better. Even the scope, usually you cannot mount a scope to a shotgun.

The Bandit leader where you have to deal a the Stalker about his money issues in the second area of the game. If you ask Nimble for a close combat weapon, he will also give you this shotgun.
