There are lots of Kirlian photos are online, but people should realize the real science behind them: They're made by sending an electric charge through an object left on a photographic plate. It's simply an indicator of electrical conductivity: the more water in the food, the more "aura". There's no inherent energy from the food being recorded--I'm not sure why he would be so misleading about this.

fresh raw garlic meaning, good garlic, or before its' cured by drying? If that's the case, then it's not really sustainable because the whole point of garlic is that it stores.  But after all the other errors I'm noticing with this guy, I'm not even sure I believe the Omega 3 in garlic bit. On the other hand, I looooove garlic and get excited about it, too.

never thought about garlic on salads...mmm...celery with cayenne, lime & salt...mungbeans are great, and sprouts are easy to grow...you can sprout just about ANY vegetable...and raw nuts can be made into any kind of sauce you want...raw food is nifty =D
