After i saw this video my stomach started to hurt O.O lol I use to back bite a lot in 6th grade, but good thing i went to an Islamic school in 7th grade where i had good friends who thought me that backbiting is just like eating someone's dead meat and when you throw up you can see it O.O i was so freaked out and scared that i stopped backbiting, Masallah i am a better person now :)

If they had men in the advert instead of women would you have posted saying they should not portray men as backbiters? It would have been better if they had several scenarios in the advert some including men and others including women but then the advert would have been much longer and it would have cost much more money etc, so we should give them the benefit of the doubt on their intentions.

If Iam not wrong, Our nabi asked women to do more sadqa, because it will be women who will be more in numbers going to hell, because of backbiting. so its a prophecy. thats not called as backbiting. it makes women more cautious about this act, so that they can be more careful and try to abstain from such act.
