  • I dont beleive that work in google is so good. Something is hidden in this video, it must be

  • @LoonySeo why? they have lot of privilegies and benefits, but what they give them in exchange? knowledge! ;)

  • they should add weed smoking sessions. if they dont its not good enough...

  • Cool...free food

  • If I die I want to come back there in the heaven!

  • i wanna work there when i grow up wow thats cool

  • Lol you guys really belive the media ???? yeah right NOT EVEN REALITY SHOWS are REAL. I doubt is like that.

  • @LightsG It is like that just once your in the eating area is gets very very noisy

  • @FunnyYemeniKids Google owns Youtube, like its theirs -.-

  • GENERATION Y. THE NEW AGE OF WORKING. I HOPE MORE COMPANIES LEARN FROM THIS AND APPLY IT. HAPPY EMPLOYEES MEANS BETTER OUTCOME. GOOGLE IS ONE OF THE HIGHEST GROSSING COMPANY IN THE WORLD BECAUSE OF HAPPY EMPLOYEES. MY JOB SUCKS AND EVERYDAY PEOPLE EITHER QUIT OR DON'T GIVE A CRAP. HAPPY WORKERS EQUALS BETTER PRODUCTIVITY.

  • show us the work they do

  • ^.^ thats like the best job ever!!! FREE FOOD!!!!!!

  • Lol @ the MSN notification.

  • Hey I work with my laptop on the beach of Costa Rica, between surfing sessions of course...

  • I will work there even as a Janitor for 24/7!! lol

  • I don't know why, but for some reason i think that the google life will start to get worse. Slowly. But worse. And it bothers me to think that even though i don't work there.

  • holy shit. im bout to work there

  • @Shoovit me too! i'm so excited!

  • When all of the cameras leave, those google workers/actors will leave too and then all of those colourful walls will spin round to reveal master computers with NSA writen on them.

  • O.O

  • @lukestarspeeder type it in google ! xD

  • HOW MUCH MONEY DOES GOOGLE MAKE???

  • @malfriction Google makes quite a lot of money per year and so do the employees. I am currently attending college to receive my BA in Computer Science. I want to be a Software Engineer for Google Atlanta. From my research, the average salary for a Software Engineer is $98,874 a year. The average salary for a Senior Software Engineer is $124,503.

  • @malfriction $23.651 billion last year but their profit was only $6.520 billion

  • They make it fun there because they think when you're having fun, you get ideas.

  • Coming into work late or at anytime time is pretty cool!

  • i

    want

    to

    work HEEEEEEERRRRRREEEEE

  • there no such a company in china

  • It's so much fun to entrap humanity !

  • wonder if they get paid just a little more than min wage cause of the perks.

  • @KingSamLopez who cares ? happiness is what's most important in life, even if they are possibly not compensated that well, you can tell they're very happy and that's always the best.

i get paid great and im happy so it's a win-win but you get my point lol :)

  • @mikiro90 What Defines your type of happyness? i've been inside the googleplex and its nice. But the staff do get a little angry like a temper when their "boss" tells them that they got to work at a dead line. because the staff can't separte the work & play mode, togever. You can not tell me everyone in the googleplex is happy? Its a Nice place to relax but when it comes to working its irrateabul.

  • @KingSamLopez i never said i knew a thing about how the googleplex really is outside of waht they show us on the videos. but what i AM saying is, judging by what they've shown us on their media, it seems great. now, if they can't seperate work/play then that's an issue of their own but, as far as i've known and have seen, google still remains to be one of the most innovative companies in the world, and that's all i care about. /endconversation

  • @mikiro90 Yes,i Agree with fully. But the Work/Play is a major problem for running a company.

  • @KingSamLopez google employees make about 35,000 a year. (general average.)

  • more corporations should understand the message: a happy employee is a productive employee. When i work its just grinding for the money, mumbling under my breath how i hate work

  • damn, if i were good with computers, i would migrate to america just to work for google

  • @superDev323 sure they would, if you could do the work.

  • not really it would make it harder, because they like employee's who have a full life, which is why they offer such perks. some one who learns to programme at such a young age missed out on being a child somewhat.

  • OMG, resume every 25 seconds, lol.

  • yeah. it's mine

  • Before making any smart ass comments, just try working there for a day, you'll start loving mondays.

  • i also work for a company that offers many of the samer benefits. Employee satisfaction is the NUMBER ONE way to retain employees and to drive up productivity more and more companies are finally getting on to this we even get a weekly chair massage right at our desks :D when you look at 50 best employer lists amost everyone that works for these companies loves going to work.

  • Google -- the anti Motorola. Motorola sucks violently

  • Wow my job SUCKS! lol

  • it looks like some sort of office crossed with butlins, and note that whilst theyres the odd pool table and lava lamp, but you can still see the grey cubicles, cluttered workspaces, and general mediocracy that you would expect to see in many workplaces. whilst such things are nice add ons, at the end of the day this is far from a job that i think i would actually enjoy.

  • such an envious comment.. do you work in a company that sucks???do you have a bad and nagger boss?or maybe life is so cruel to you.... or maybe your sourgraping?

    loool

  • Google does this to ensure maximum efficiency among their employees. Microsoft doesn't do this because they would rather give their executives 500+ million dollar bonuses. This is also why google's shares are so high.

  • where did you learn how to spell?

  • @PhoenixLander are you sick in the head???????????

  • wow Id even work as a Janitor there lol

  • @MrBlack125 me too man, me too

  • You've got it made in the shade.

  • TAKE ME TO WORK FOR YOU GOOGLE!!!

  • That is the most ergonomically sane workplace I have ever seen. I think i sent a resume. The job entry process does look a little bit shady though. Most of the links look like malware. If I find a legitimate way to get a job there I will definitely wanna work ehem.. i mean play there.

  • I heard you only have to work 1/5 of the day

  • Why do you post a lie like that?

  • That's what I heard on this one website, but it was for the Switzerland googleplex I think

  • getting a job there would rock, but I would want to work in the googleplex in Switzerland, because it's a little different

  • too good to be truth..

but its true lol..hope one day i will work at Google

  • there's no way im gonna be smart enough to get a job there later in my life. and im pretty damn smart.

  • I WANNA WORK THERE D:

    it looks so much fun...

  • isn't*

  • this is'nt real is it?

  • it is i work there

  • google should buy iceland

  • google should byuy iceland

  • right sod forensic scientist i'm going there

  • how does the hours work?? lol.

really flexible or really really flexible.

Im pretty sure they work 10 hours min per day. I mean you will pretty much take advantage of all those gym laundry snack bars that you end up making up those hours wasted.

like the other guy said he sleeps in.

be awesome to work there though.

  • you get a job to fill out and the date when it is due, like a school assignment. and basically you just need to finish that job before the end date. so if you had a week to do it, you could go out for the first 3 or 4 days then cram work there for the remaining days before its due.

    its really really flexible.

  • About 2 hours of work as you wud put it but 9:00AM to 9:00PM

  • a googol is 1 with a 100 0s. a googleplex has 100 googol 0s. so imagine how big a googolplex is...thats rediculously big. its so big it has no point. i doub a millionth of a particle of a cell can fit into the universe a googollex times!!!

  • I would happily put on the Google 15 if I got to work there.

  • dang, and there engineers make roughly about $110k/year, so throw that in with the perks, and the engineers must be living happy lives...

  • Actually Google underpays a little bit, just because it can because it is Google. Factor in cost of living in the Bay Area and it is an average engineering salary.

  • I'm doing a summer program there in August. I am so excited I can't even express myself.

  • I wanna work here!!!

  • they get all stuff just put in their asses, and there are soo many people hungry and broke like in aftica.

    thats just weird.

  • yea maybe,

But by this kind of comments, its why you will never work in a decent place like this one.

  • ...

    i don't even wan't to work there...

I work in a very good company, they're not that big like google, but who cares?

  • why cant all companies be like this!

    happy workers = increased productivity

  • I'd like all companies to be like this, but it costs money.

  • i only live across the street from googleplex

  • you live in the united kingdom 0_o

  • Yahoo Inc. reported employee cuts, Microsoft reported cuts on it's MSN budget ... no news from google yet =]

  • Yes there was...

They stopped many projects, halted some online services, layed off an office I think it was etc...

But its not as bad as google... and by the way, this is the ELITE googlers, not guaranteed to be like googleplex, but definitely better than any other working place

  • Always want to work there. I think I'm a pretty decent programmer but slim chance to none. I'm sure the only ppl that make the cut are like stellar types.

  • Your second home.

  • The perks at Google are phenomenal. However, no matter how much much they pull in each year, all of these perks aren't really all that necessary in the workplace. I feel as though personally, workers should want to be productive without being spoiled with all that stuff. No company has to be directly replicate Google, in order to be a great place to work for.

  • no a worker who is wasting theyre life "earning" but a fraction of the money that he or she make for their boss. workers deserve a fuckload of perks.

  • @jpjustpunk fuck workers the reason their in that situation is bc they have no ability, innovation, or didnt apply themselves properly bc theyre dipshits

  • So.. what do they do at work?

  • you probably can live comfortably with a 30,000 a year salary from Google. You wont have to pay for 90% of your food, laundry, recreational, etc. expenses.

  • the main site is in silicon valley California.

  • is there just one big office somewhere in the U.S. or what? if so, where is this at, New York or California?

  • go on google earth, and under places to see, click googleplex

and it will take you to see a 3D model of the building

  • no tienen vacantes?

  • incredibile che sogno lavorare li!!!

incredible is a dream working here!

  • This is a very similar to T-Mobile call center working enviroment.

  • Have you ever worked in a call center?

  • billionaires billionaires billionaires

  • i want to work for google!!

  • you may even take ur pets to that building

  • Wow..now this is what you call a company

  • I wanna work for Google !!! I will put on the Google 40 and still love it!

  • my hat goes off to google, their truly helping this world be a better place. from the way they run their company headcourters to the hundreds of solar panals that they've installed. great job google

  • lol msn sound.

  • what a great working environment

  • Googol?

  • do any of you ppl no loco google

  • They didn't show the ganja room.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • better put something out perfect then good..

  • or maybe they have extremely long hours at google, so all their lifestyle needs must be provided for them

  • Are you kidding??? They change the google logo at least every holiday...last time I checked, that takes at least 300 people in the corporate world!

  • well there's more to google than just their search engine. people have to do stuff like research for maps, gmail, google docs, adsense and all that other stuff that they do. lots of it is marketing because they find out what consumers want and find out ways to cater to them.

  • ha ha someone logged in on msn!!! google is a good place to work

  • hahaha i read ur comment before i heard it so i was ready for it

  • I thought it was mine, lol

  • your too lol =D

  • lol

  • lol the msn sound at 0:35

  • lol

  • jajajaj the msn sound jajaja

  • they are like bungie slacking all the time

  • Yeah I live in Mountain View and people literally live in that complex... employees stay foreverrrr

  • Top company in the world !!!

    Long live GOOGLE

  • how much do some of the jobs pay?

  • SO This Is The One In Moutainview?

  • resume every 20 seconds! how the hell i can get a chance?! :S

  • 25 seconds lol your chances are better lol

  • Use of spambot number one.

  • lol, they have a gym to work off thier google fats :D.

  • This is an ideal workplace.

  • lol, when i was watching this video i though someone was coming to my messenger.. -.-''

  • This is why Google is on top, they take care of their people...and their people take care of them.

  • Google focuses on things that are important, treats their employees as human beings (instead of like drones) and strips out all the usual corporate bullshit and politics. This is just a common sense way to run a company. That is why they attract the best people and in turn are so successful.

  • I don't know why more companies don't adopt the Google way. We, the young and bright, are very much attracted to the way Google runs its business and are very much turned off by the usual, stifling corporate atmosphere where you wonder if you might get canned for spending an extra 5 minutes in the bathroom or coming in 5 minutes past 9.

  • Well there's one good reason, money! Google has a shitload of money and they can afford it.

When business is good, there will be a relaxed atmosphere and nobody will look at you when you come in 5 mins late. When business is bad, those people who told you to relax and be creative a few months ago will suddenly become hitler. The same goes for Google. The end of the money well isn't in sight yet, but will it be the same when that money well dries out?

  • Saykoshey, I understand your point, however, if they were whipping their employees to work, it would be VERY counter-productive and you'd have a lot of unhappy employees. Like the girl that said she'd work there for free even, but thankfully, they haven't taken her on that offer. lol

Sounds like a great place to work.

Treat your employees good and they'll never want to lose their jobs and work well for you. :)

  • hahahaha, the google 25...the pre-google weight. OMG

  • google rooocks
