as much as i love assassins creed, i was pretty pissed that you cant get the crossbow until brotherhood, and even then its expensive. still, i always kill abunch of guards with throwing knives until i run out and leave a big pile of guards :D

No, it is an attachment for the hidden blade, Leonardo says so when you are getting it made.

some ppl say that if u collect all the red and blue flags in the game u get a crossbow...i think the crossbow thing is only available on ps3 version of the Altair's creed :P

the crossbow was prob in the Beta version. Also, at the scene where he's standign in front of the big oor where the Monks come in, he doesn't have the Crossbow or the Short Blade

Ubisoft purposely let the game leak to find out who exactly it was releasing the game to warez groups. You can find the game out there already, but it crashes at Jerusalem, so you have to either play the Russian version to pass this, or play the Reloaded version and switch over to the Russian one during Jerusalem, by transporting your save games.

Yeah, I bought a PS3 just for this one game, how fun would it be to be an assassin? Cept for the whole 9 finger thing...OUCH-BTW, the ps3 version would most likely be better because of the syn-tax being used to aviod obsticles
