You sure about those SSD sizes? I'm assuming BOTH will have a 20gb, but Windows XP will use up at least 4-6gb when it's installed, thus you're left with 12gb remaining. Compared to the Linux install, which is probably no more than a gig.
no. the linux comes with 4gb primary SSD, and a 16gb secondary SSD (20g total). the windows comes with 4gb primary SSD and only 8gb secondary (12g total). they are priced the same, but you pay for a product license with the XP model, where the linux you dont. they make up for the XP cost by giving you less space.
dammit! I just got the old version of the Asus eee 4G last x-mas. When will the nine inch screen version come out in the United States. How much you think it's going to be in US dollars.
k. you have a 7 inch screen that has a screen ratio of 5:3. take 480/800, you get 0.6, same as 3/5. (the 9 inch model has the same ratio. the guy may have been misinformed because the resolution may actually be 1000x600, hence the 5:3 ratio.) the 7 inch model (800x480, or 384000 pixels) has about 133 pixels per diagonal inch. the 9 inch model has about 409 pixels per diagonal inch, which means the fonts, etc are smaller... oops. looks like i just prooved myself wrong. damn! i love science!
I also agrees with what you are the saying. this mays or mays not be resolution of similarity to eee pc vs a regular pc CRT or LCD may not matter but actual resolution is what i'm talking about to read websites and or create movies like he says
does he say 17 thousand bucks at 0:12
