How to Facetime on Any iPhone!

will this work if your using an iphone 4 and someone else has a iphone 2g?

It will NOT work. It doesn't with IP4 and IP 3G because there is no video nor front facing camera. fyi, Fring gives error saying no front facing camera on the 3G.

@pentelhos No I have not tried using iPhone 3G with Fring. I was guessing it would work since it works with a 3Gs.

@silverstonewebcam not sure if this is THE reason, but remember...3 GS does video, 3G does not (unless you use one of the JB apps which really just take photos snapshots and send as frames).

Trust me, I wish it worked too and I just found out Tango (another nice vid app also does NOT work on 3G - though there could be some hack, I suppose).

@pentelhos Yes I forgot the 3G does not do video natively, that could be the reason.
