@ijskistje You realize how many people have computers that wouldn't have any problem running this? In fact, most PC gamers do. The only reason you should have any problem playing this game is if you have a PC from 2005. This is also video taken from Gamescom. They're probably using the highest end computers available to offer the demo on.

It's always the same, people go about telling how great this new mmorpg is because of the graphics. But these graphics will be the downfall of the game. You will need a very powerfull system to run this game without lag. If you ask me, I just think this will be one hell of a lagfest.

Eh, people want a connection that leads to Wow and GW2 being exactly the same. Why? Because they feel intimidated and threatened by GW2. They want their game to be superior and always in the spotlight because it has nurtured them like a good friend for so long. Their "trolling" for lack of a better term is just a way of defending that attachment. WoW is a nice game and GW2 seems like it will be nice just as well; both are similar (both are MMOs) but are different enough to be their own. nuf said

When curses basically owned gw1 my guess is MM's will becomes pretty big again :)

@TKORob people compare the two because for 6-7 years world of warcraft topped mmorpg charts with out effort. there for, for those millions of people who did play wow for so long, they tend to try and compare other mmo's to wow.. because they are looking for something better, and from what i have seen so far from game play videos via youtube. GW2 is going to be awsome :)

Any development team can beat Blizzard's shit WoW game. It is going to take the right kind of game though. Arena.net is on to something here and if it is as good as it looks, then it will get popular like WoW did after it came out. It will just take a good game. Blizzard does not own the rights to successful MMOs, they just have the most successful one out right now.

@Zoran54321 I have the Wow expansion and its really fun but watching all these videos like the Machinima realm LFM Guildwars 2 gameplay video and Manifesto trailer made this game seem more fun. For instance the quests in WoW are soooooo repetative, Almost all of them are pick something up off the ground/kill people walkin around/go pick up something off a dead body/ and talk to someone. The ones ive seen in GW2 even tho some are similar seem much more elaborate and seems alot less repedative.

Its much fun to play as a necro . Most innovative class ever. You have the abbility to transform in to a "deathcloud", where you can dot enemys who touch you and you have a shodowform where you have special abbilitys , after this effect you port to the point where you cast this spell.
