The wax was sprayed out from nozzles above the side brushes during the return pass of the brush wash cycle. The tilting side dryer design was discontinued after the Primus, and all the new systems like the Centus, Genius, Varius and Quantus have fixed side dryers. The tilting side dryers of the Primus tended to be very unreliable. I have seen many where the side dryers have failed to tilt out on one-year-old systems.
There is one, on the left hand side of the system, but for the duration of the wash it is blank, and when it does light up it is not very visible in the video.
Sainsburys had been using Christ Primus systems for several years, from about 2003 up until 2009. This Sainsburys car wash is the newest I know of, only built in 2009, and the Christ Genius could be a sign of things to come at other Sainsburys car washes.

Assuming this was the top wash cycle, where's the wax and tilting side dryers like on a primus?

New colour scheme, usually the brushes are blue. By the way, how the machine does the whole process makes it look effective.

@tom26hamm liegt vielleicht daran dass man bei helleren farben den dreck an den bürsten besser sieht.
