A lot of these old school fighting games just copy each other. Plus, there's so many pointless pallet swap characters, and the sequels often feel like an add on more than anything else. But they've finally began to improve on the system very much. Finally, fighting games are worth playing again!
I noticed never grabs, so no throws? I like to throw in order to improve my mix ups. Th best I've ever gotten solo was 95 with Zack. Tag survival isn't very hard.
I know the platinum hits does so I'd assume classics does as well. If you press 8P with the patch they don't launch in the air I think, so that's a quick way to find out.
@InfiniteIy No, Sorry I replied so late. Since posting that question I have completed 100 Survival wins for both Single and Tag(with Hitomi) thanks for everything. Only the SS Rank achievement to go now. My GT is FeLizP hit me up with a friend request if you have XBL!
The reason why I can't do this is because when I hit the ground, they are still able to LK/LP me before I can get up, continuing the juggle like Tekken or something. Why is this? The max I've been able to do was like 78 single and 98 tag :(
Wait until they finish their juggle don't press any buttons. One juggle won't completely kill you if you're playing on largest health two probably won't either. Just try to stay on the offensive so the only time they get hits on you is when they counter. 78 is very high there's only like 5 more difficult enemies after that so you should get it soon.
This is DOA4.0 right? (cause hayates 3F+K, K, P is different) . Im not sure, but i think the CPU is a little better in DOA4,1. for all those who still try the 100 in survival! Delete the update! (lol well, or better not, im not sure)
Yea if you delete the patch Hayate is a bit stronger and his launcher moves are better. If you have platinum hits edition the patch is on the disk so you have to play with it. And I am playing without the patch btw.
yeah i already deleted the patch, and tryd different thinks. Kasumi´s P+K, P launch in to the air, and you can do a crazy infinity (invisible wall) combo with spartan!
oh yeah i forgot, this game takes far beyond too much reflexes and skills, how can u remember all the pro combos at ones and do it so fast? like this is just impossible, u must be SS rank, only pros can have 100 wins in survival.
It says that I have to collect all items by playing survival mode. What does that mean?
