is it better to buy them in pairs so that they have a companion? i think my dad made the mistake of having one african grey and as soon as i was born it didnt get enough attention and it started pulling its feathers out and being noisy :( i really want him back.

rewards should be whatever your bird likes best - do a search on google for training african greys. theres loads of info out there, you're not gonna get what you need from youtube replies
