I'm no authority on this, but if you watch, Captain America is stunned and unable to move. It's unorthodox and not technically a combo that'll add up on your meter, but since it's not escapable and a stun will happen after a barrage like that, it's still an unstoppable combination.

It was refreshing reading a confident Hulk that would outwit and outsmart you while tearing you limb from limb. As for his strength, he never got to be as strong as Savage Hulk but he was still way more powerful than the Grey Hulk. Not sure about the angrier he got the weaker he got as again, for quite a few issues he never displayed that weakness.
