"the judge" wasnt really in the episode. at least thats what i think. i highly doubt the writers would just drop the judge into an episode that quickly. and the whole part where he is on the phone? its obvious its the same guy who was going into the supreme court. but if he is the judge. they picked a terrible time to put him in.

when i was watching it, my dad diddnt even know that guy was in the episode, and he knew it was him just by hearing the disguised voice on the phone. it probably is him. but also they showed his hair in the telephone scene too. theirs only one other character with hair like that. leland.

nothing can replace monk but there really comes a time when a show has to end, i could very well believe that their running out of ideas, and/or that tony is getting tired of it. its obviously been a very successful show. cant wait to see who did it! good season so far- much more creative
