yeah i know and i dont think on top end it would keep up either since IS has a lot more power plus bigger engine with so much more torque.. i dont believe I/H/E will ever shave a second but at least i know the rsx-s thats in my vids did that time because it has a kpro tuned with I/H/E and im not sure if it had tsx final gear or type R final but it had something else done in the tranny and driven as hard as humanly possible..

And you said it had some DRs , Drag radials alone shave off around 0.3 seconds that's why a lot of time in the drag racing strips we don't consider running slicks or DRs as "STOCK" because it's not. I have a 2008 350z and usually when I race the IS 350 it's close as hell were usually only about 0.2 seconds or so from each other, I've raced a couple from roll and hardly beat them by half a car length or maybe 1 , regardless im running 13.1-13.2s@107 MPH on average which is way off the rsx s runs.

Nope the IS 350 traps 103-104 MPH the HR 350z traps 107-109 MPH yeah in the quarter mile run or till the 4th gear it would be even but from roll or after 100 MPH the HR Z would be walking it, seen it several times.

You're talking about a 4 door sedan that has the same HP and torque non the less but weighs about 200-300 pounds more than the HR and is solely AUTOMATIC not manual, so a manual 6 spped hr z would just do a clutch drop from roll and be whipping through the IS 350 and due to the lighter weight the Z is able to get higher trap speeds meaning in top gears in the end it would be walking but yeah 0-100 MPH is pretty much even I guess unless the HR manualZ driver is too retarded to know how to launch

i doubt that even with slicks and a good tune setup it might get at most very low 14's or with a very VERY good driver it might touch 13.99 but i highly doubt that. my father has an is350 black and dat shit is HELLA fast but i ran against my friends hr350z and he has I/nismo catback and i cant keep up with him. is350 keeps up wit a stock hr350z but the z will still win after a while

yeh the rsx in my vids doing 150mph has those mods(211whp) and it ran a 14.2 with a little bit of spin, if it would have had tires it would of been 13.9 mayybe 13.8 but its just pushing it.. i remember when my dad had the is350 w/ hks exhaust, that shit would do 130mph quickly, then when he had the is-f, man id punch that shit and everytime i looked i was over 140mph, i really like the is-f pretty smooth and fast at the same time

@joescivic lol apparently not, my brother has a 200whp 06 civic SI 6spd and it aint close to it, sorry, he also had a eg hatch with a b16 with stage 3 cams high compression pistons intake header exhaust and chipped ecu (179whp reving @ 9200rpms) and the best he got out of it was 13.8 i think, so you are going to need some evidence to back that up (numbers)... btw eg hatch weights a lot less than a 200 civic

@Dani01c actually, i murder new Si's and RSX-S's. i have a k20a2 swap with i/h, and im near 400lbs lighter than the Si. i dont just walk it, that thing gets raped. and 200whp on a b16 is still slower than 200whp on a k20. i beat alot of low 13 sec cars, and most k20 swapped 2000-below civics run low 13's. one did 12.8 with only 214hp and full weight. is350 is the same 1/4 time as a new GT stang, which i also beat..13.5 sec. =)

@Dani01c but i will show you links to a website full of hundreds of k20 swapped people, and a video of one guy with his full weighted hatch, and street radial tires like my car on my channel, and he ran 12.8 with only 214hp 151tq in his k20a2 swap. most run 13-13.5 sec. just learn about what these SWAPS can do. forget about the cars the motors come in. they're much slower. i dont have my own videos, so i have to show you some other proof

@Dani01c almsot all of them were daily street driven cars. fact is, everybody swapping in a k20 6spd into a 6th gen civic or earlier, should beat all the mustang GT's minus the 2011, which is 412hp now. the 05-09 is 13.5 sec, maybe better with a real good driver. the is350 has 9 less hp than the 05-09 GT, and both weigh at about 3500+lbs. the lexus is nice, but its definitely still beatable by a 200+hp civic like mine.

@joescivic and yes im aware of what power/weight ratio is but you must know, if you have taken fisics, that the faster you are moving the less weight matters, all it will do is just a little more friction in the tires, the rest is just power fighting wind resistance, so your lead should last you your first 3 gears if it happens which should be the first 80mph? and thats if and only if you have some good tires because you must know how hard traction is on a fail wheel drive car...

power/weight doesnt always work perfect either. you have gearing too. which id say is 1 reason why i beat a couple 92-95 h22a swapped coupes which also weigh 100-200lbs less, making the same power, but like 20 more torque. it was a 60 roll, i was in 3rd, he was in 2nd, and i just kept pulling him, and after 100mph, he couldnt keep accelerating as quick as i could. without the tranny the k20 is about the same weight as a b16, or less if i remember right so my car isnt really that heavy still

and the EM1 99-00 Si comes with a b16, which isnt much heavier really. i have no A/C, power steering, or cruise control, or spare tire, so i dont know how much that deducted. probably not much. i also dont keep windshield washer fluid or anything inside my car when i drive.
