It means just that, Ryan and Taylor almost got divorced when Marissa came back and slept with Ryan and now he's talking to her again so Taylor is saying that he hasn't learned his lesson

This is one of the best episodes we've ever made. I loved the bit with Ryan and Marissa flirting and when they see each other and Ryan has a flashback of the first time he ever saw her - the end was emotional as well and you made a great song choice. ;)
