  • while i totally appreciate you taking the time to help others learn, there is a better method for color separation... just double click each color swatch in the design (you will have to do this either with the vector objects selected or before you apply the color) and change it from a process color swatch to a SPOT COLOR swatch... then in the print dialogue select SEPARATIONS and each spot color will print out separately automatically from Illustrator...

  • You are a great tutorial. In one day I came across TWO tutorials made by you and I truly enjoyed. I noticed there is no more recent updates from you. Are you not making tutorials anymore? You are a great teacher and is a pleasure listen to your instructions. I wish you the best.

  • Great tutorial! Very informative, thanks.

  • Why would you colourize everything black? just make spot colours, as you already have everything separated into layers....

  • Uhhhhh... what if you need to print out in color?

  • This seems informative. I thought the color seperation process was more complicated than this. Thanks!
