I hate mine too. At first I loved it, but then the screen started messing with me and just randomly pushed stuff that I never pushed on the touch screen, and it takes me like ten times restarting it before it goes back to normal. I highly regret buying it. Get the enV3 instead. 8D

Yeah i have this phone and i got so sick of the touch screen glitching that i threw it at the wall and broke the screen. The touch works better now.... But i cant see anything. I have insurance on it but i had a ton of pictures on there that i'll never get back. Unless i can figure out where to press to send them to my email. Which will be very difficult. Unless someone posts a video showing where to touch. That would be very helpful

For those of you with Glyde touch screen problems, all you have to do is take your glyde to a verizon store. they'll swap your phone for the new glyde refresh. the refresh is exactly like the regular glyde, except with a pressure sensitive touch screen instead of the problematic heat sensitive touch screen. Verizon will do all of this free of charge

This phone is not bad at all. It's very portable and it's been one of the best phones that I have owned. Like any other phones in the market you your pros & cons. The are few cons that I have for this is, it does not play any website videos, unless there is some kind of hack to. But, overall this phone is very portable, takes nice pictures, great qwerty keyboard, for those who text like I do. Touch screen is ok, just get the lates firmware at your local VZW Store.

it's because you need to get the HARDWARE upgrade. About 2 months ago they replaced the old capacitive touch screen with a new resistive pressure sensitive screen similar to the dare or voyager. Go into a verizon store and they should replace it for you. It makes all the difference!

I have this phone, but it sucks if you keep it in your pocket aka if you're most guys. The heat off of your leg screws up the touch screen so that when you touch it, it presses other places and just screws up everything.

Girls, it should be fine since most of you keep your phones in your purses so no heat transfer there.
