Filmed in a transformed abandoned Times Square theater to resemble a night-club, it was filmed in 1990 and released on VHS in 1991. The audience was made up of inviteeeees of Carly, Harry and HBO execs. It was a 2 night shoot, and on the first night, REAL champagne was served. Moet White Star. The audience got SHITFACED, as they were served tiny plates of grapes with crackers & many glasses of champagne. On the second night, NO CHAMPAGNE, because the audience couldn't keep still on night 1.
