The only resemblance between the 10 Commandments and the BoR is that there are 10 of them. I'm Catholic, and even I can say that no part of religion should influence law. The only resemblance at all should be universal moral laws, like no killing, stealing, etc. (things that hold true, regardless of creed). Also, the Bill of rights were not in the original draft of the US constitution, but added in to appease Anti-Feds. They were a 2nd thought, not added in to be like the 10 Commandments.

Really, I was pretty sure they were devout worshipers who went to church every Sunday. They also wrote the bill of rights. (the first ten amendments) to resemble the Ten commandments.
