Which went undetected for years and years..He picked them up in slums..lots of poor folks with lots of problems..and the murders just did not get noticed. If he went rich areas with higher educated people..he most likely would have gotten caught allot sooner. But honestly, I think it has more to do with upbringing and environment than race. It just that the majority of people raised in this type of environment (that nurtures psychopathic tendencies) happen to be majority white.
