  • @cirosuperiore man what the hell are you talking about. I lost 80 pounds and I was eating fruits and vegetables, potatoes, whole wheat bread, pasta and rice. You just have to eat the right amount with protein and no sugary drinks.

  • pasta? you NEVER lose weight if you eat pasta bread potato or other starches.

    vegetable , eat as much as you like (but no starches like carrots or potatoes.

    but fruit?

    fruits are candies. loaded with sugars

    it explains why so many people who are on diets with fruits are still obese or grossly obese.
