Yes, thank you very much Udayji. That's the booming voice that has been carved in my memory, ears, heart and brain! That's the booming voice that fills all the corners of my mind and automatically brings tears to my eyes!! Once touched by it, how can one forget that voice? You just made my day! Your visual presentation is excellent. Matches the audio perfectly. Thank you a million times.
It is a heavenly raga by a Gandharva and this rare combination is a classic example for the richness in Hindustani tradition. we feel like hearing it again and again and the gana gandarva is out to entertain and take all the listners to another world which will be unforgettable. Thanks uday for your efforts to popularise hindustani classical by uploading gems like this. God bless you with more enthusiasm energy and serve your friends like this for ever. Thanks again
Gosh! How fun is it to come back to this joyous monsoon raag again ! :)
Especially love choreographing spontaneous kathak (fusion :) dance/poses to my hearts' content after that lush green image I mentioned about from 14:16 when you'd just uploaded this about a month back. :)
Now I know what made me exclaim in delight earlier from my "ritupm" Music Home. Pt. Joshi's thunderous voice in perfect Sur makes for an awesome thrill to enjoy, if you especially love to dance, & love rain ! :)
@uday2310, Thanks. You have done a splendid job in enhancing the audio quality by adding apt video. Thanks once again for properly interpreting and visualizing the eternal song sung by the one and only one Shri Bhimsen Joshi.

@sanjay4178 Any such claim will be debated and contested, of course, but not many would dispute that he was the most influential classical musician of the era.
Panditji was influential because at least two generations of musicians wanted to be like him, and many innocently mimicked his style. He had grace and charisma in person and on stage.
@uday231Millions of thanks for uploading this mater piece. The quality is superb. Some of the photographs seem to be taken in Malnad area of Karnataka. The western ghats look like heaven monsoon. Panditji performs and outperforms only him self
@SJisBack "I had fortune of attending his concert one morning during Monsoon season in Bombay. He sang these both Bandishes. It was unforgettable experience."
Wow! That must've been awesome. The thrill of Bombay monsoons, topped with a Classical rendition by none other than the oracle of a classical Voice - Pt. Bhimsen Joshi, in person !
Such amazing moments sure are etched in memory for a lifetime to cherish! :)
Am aware of UdayJi's amazing talents, & do have the utmost regard for him, Sudhir.
Wow! :) What a BEAUTIFUL Video presentation of dreamy monsoon images, complementing an incredible, amazingly powerful Voice rendition ! :)
LOVE the image @ 0:56, & WOW! what a powerful thunder-like alaap Pt. Joshi sings @ 1:07 announcing that awesome thunder! :)
I sure LOVED the faster paced "drut laya" I love the taranas for too, right after that DREAMY image of that parked motorbike that had me transported beyond... in a monsoon picnic adventure! @14:16 :)
@Uday310 "I Knew That First Comment Will Be Yours.Very Beautiful Comment Rituji.Thank U."
Uday Ji, incidentally, & strangely so instinctively, I had a feeling you were counting on me to respond to this too :) - regardless of first or not though, as every positive thought expressed by every viewer on SUCH fine clips of Music is JUST as valuable a contribution as that of anyone else. :)
Your expression of joyful acceptance of my comments is your graciousness, & accepted with all due respect. :)

@ritupm @Uday2310 Excellent rendering in Sur Malhar by one who was one of the greatest artists ever lived. I had fortune of attending his concert one morning during Monsoon season in Bombay. He sang these both Bandihes. It was unforgettable experience. Uday ji your presentation with beautiful pictures of monsoon takes me back on a virtual trip to India. Thanks Ritu for sharing this clip. It is made by one who is not only an accomplished farmer but knowledgeable "Rasik" of Indian music.

Usually I don't have much time for music clips that are sent to me. But...
I love ragas, so when I saw that word in the title, I figured I might as well listen.
Can't begin to explain what these 20 minutes meant to me at this time.
Sheer Providence.
Thank you.
