Definately. Especially if you enjoy the outdoors. We have Snowdonia national park right on the doorstep which provides loads of opportunities for climbing walking and kayaking. The people who go to Bangor tend to be down to earth to making for a really nice group. Have a look on facebook for the group Already "Applied to Bangor University".
