We can't deny there are photos and videos manipulated with computer softwares like photoshop etc....but most of the ghost pictures submitted to me are genuine with the help of psychics and clairvoyants. Some TV programs failed to explain why ghosts manifest in photos and videos. The most important to think about these is what are the messages from beyond. That should be the focus of investigating these manifestations not just proving them fake or genuine.
