Damn I want to hear the Manager side since this lady called 3 times within minutes of each call .I find it hard that they would put up a fight over a couple bucks.The sad thing is the chicken nuggets probley cost $4 and the tax money spent to address this problem cost $50.She should have called the corporate office and most likely would have gotten a $20 giftcard because they don't argue with you they just want to settle and make you happy.

This one is alot more rational than the Burker King Western Cheeseburger one. At least this lady inquired about and was prepared to get her money back and just leave. It is kind of stealing to not give the customer the product they ordered and then keep their money when they want to return it.

I'm surprised the police weren't sent to 'talk' to her after she called the first time. At least she'd probably have gotten the chance to get a word said before being hand-cuffed and hauled away for wasting the police's time with excessive calls for something that probably wasn't even an issue. In cases like this the best recourse would be to take your dispute up with someone above the manager at corporate or such. Generally something like this you don't want to get the police involved and you definitely don't want to tie-up emergency lines! Sheesh!

@GMAD20 A small change dispute is NOT an emergency and certainly not a proper reason to tie-up a phone line intended to be used for one. If she really wants to involve the police she can take it up with them by finding a non-emergency line in a phone directory. The whole purpose of 911 is to have an easy/quick number for someone to call if they're in a life-threatening situation. 911 is NOT a quick/easy "dial a cop for any old problem" line!
