The Sierra's and Tundra's suspensions are more reigid and designed for WORK...You know the real purpose of a truck??? Ram has lowest payload and towing capacities, and poor fuel effeciency. Most trucks actually get better than EPA rating (Sierra/Sivlverado & F150), but NOT the Ram.

Dodge owners know whats up because when you buy a Dodge you dont see the ratings, Dodges are built to tow and be push beyond limits, Dodges easily tow the most out of any truck out there, the 2500 and 3500 ratings are the best, lol My 2004 1500 Hemi tows 3,000 in the bed now hows that for a fully boxed frame test in a 1500 truck cant do that with ford or chevy withoutbreakin something ive tested it, also I've towed easily 12,000 trailer with ease sometimes you dont know its back there lol DODGE!

This is the stupidest "test" ever. Even with the "super special" camera, the difference is almost unnoticeable. I'll bet you can't even feel the difference. Put the camera in a big ol' soft caddy and compare it to these trucks, and I'll bet you *still* can barely tell. Dumb test.

Because leaf springs aren't as comfortable as a coil spring suspension. That's a good thing and a bad thing though. Good that it makes the ride real smooth and almost car-like. Bad, that it makes it feel less like a truck, and I don't know about you, but when I drive a truck, I want it to feel like a truck.

From what I've heard, and this may just be a rumor, but the Ram 2500/3500 will still have leaf springs while only the 1500 receives the coils. If this is true, it simply shows that "yes" coils provide a nice ride, but haven't advanced far enough to support the capabilities of a 3/4 or 1 ton requirements. Who knows for sure though, guess we'll have to wait and see.
