  • I know this is slightly unrelated, but do you know what the road sign says in English

  • @mikeduels It means STOP!

  • @Justthisgood Third world countries with driving laws D:... intriguing.

  • @mikeduels Japan isn't a third world country, but i'm not sure where this picture was taken at.

  • @Justthisgood Oh, i thought it was China. BTW thx for the tutorial, i finished one of those night time pics with a planet in the background. (it's Earth)

  • If I wanted to take a photo of myself, then put it on a black background with a bunch of glowing lines around me, how would I make myself look like I really was in total darkness, and have the glow from the lines illuminate me??

  • @NCalabreezy That is a pretty different technique, but there is a few things from this video that you can apply. If you want the glow from the lines to illuminate you, take a 100% soft brush on a new layer, and brush the areas of you that you want to glow, in whatever color you choose. Then set the blending mode to screen, or color dodge.

  • This was a great tutorial! It was really easy too. Good job!

  • To be honest wouldn't it be easier just to get a picture of a stary sky and just screen it? You could easily use the eraser tool to rub out parts you don't want, just put the hardness to 0%.

  • @Frostfeera It could work, but you'd have to take the time to search for a suitable picture and move and erase a lot. It could end up taking just as long, and if the stars are not perfectly white against a perfectly black background, it would brighten the sky in patches when you put it on screen. Both ways would work, and give a different effect, but for the sake of the tutorial i showed this way. Theres always more than one way to do things in Photoshop.

  • @Justthisgood Well I managed to do it before you finished explaining your way xD but I see where you're coming from.

  • @Frostfeera Thats the beauty of photoshop lol, thanks for watching and trying it out!

  • @Justthisgood I'm planning on getting a pen tablet for christmas (I'm really into GFX), I would love to see some tutorials on that if you don't have any already.

  • @Frostfeera I have had a tablet, but that was a long time ago and i sold it. Ill keep it in mind and maybe i can incorporate something about it in the future.

  • Damn son you learned really good. I´m proud of you so does your mother. <3
