The key to getting your fingers to move is just like on a real guitar. Make sure your thumb is anchored against the neck and that you aren't holding it like a bat. The lower your thumb is on the neck, the more your hand can move and the further you can spread your fingers apart.

Now, getting your pinky strong enough to actually go from Orange to Blue at that tempo is another story.

There's really nothing you can do but practice. If you can consistently fc it on slowest and slower, then clean up how you play it on slow to start off. Try getting 100% on it a few times until you really have it down, then bump up to full speed and do the same. If at any time you just start losing it and just can't hit it anymore, go down a speed and work on it again. It's frustrating, tedious, and takes a LOT of time, but the persistance will pay off in the end.

i have some tips but first these tips should help alot

1. always start on slowest

2. once you get atleast 85% on each speed move up one

they are call ed hammer-ons and pull-offs. he strums once then he plays a note without strumming then he takes it off and leaves the green note. basically it automatically plays the green notes for you if you tap the note ahead, and if you hold the green button. these technigues are actually used in playing real guitar.
