@superrockstar411 This is the Phantom from Pittsburgh. So it would be the same one you went on. As far as I know there is only one Phantom's Revenge and this is it.

So combining it being the first year and the fact that they only ran one train all year long (two train operation didn't start until the second year) and you get super long lines like this.

no, they don't use tickets anymore, you can go on whatever you want, as many times as you want with an all-day pass. its soo awesome. favorite park and ride ever. AMEN TO THAT

there is always somewhat of a line depends on the day if it's a sunny warm day there is a long line if it is somewhat cloudy and coldish out there will be no line.
i cant wait till i ride this for the first time i love the sounds the ride makes then its going espaccily the sound going up the lift hill its the BEST!!!!!!!!!!
When I first rode it, I though my head would hit the Thunderbolt when you go into the long dip into the ravine. That's what scared the sh*t outta me...
you can tell that the lift is still an arrow lift left over from the steel phantom it sounds exactly like the lift on the magnum xl 200 at cedar point

they dont have enough land though to get a coaster, the only up side down rides at kennyowdd i know of are, VOLCANO, AERO 360, and thats all i know of right now, they should of put a loop in THE EXTERMINATOR and i think that ride would just give them more guests and money

bigger isn't always better. i'd personally prefer kennywood over disney world anyday. been there 3 times. disney world is too crowded, too expensive, and a lil over rated. thats just my opinion. sure its cool and all, but kennywood has a charm and warmth that no other park in the world will ever come close to.
I am going to Kennywood next week for my school picnic!! I will ride Phantom's Revenge(1st time), Thunderbolt (1st time) Racer (first time), and the Jack Rabbit for the 2nd time.
This one is SO much better than the Steel Phantom!! Smoother ride when compared to the other at Kennywood. I'm kind of sick of Kennywood though... been there TOO many times!!

It seems curious that if they were going to take it out in 2011 or 2012 that they would have taken the time to replace a major portion of the track that was from the original Phantom. I've ridden this coaster more times than I can even name, in probably every seat, but mainly the front, and I must say...it must just be my favorite coaster. And I've been on a lot of good ones. I've even been on the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point and I still get more enjoyment out of this than anything. Not saying the drasters bad, trust me, it's a blast. But this coaster has something that others don't.
i don't remember there being an information board that tells what its like 2 sit in certain seats on the ride. anyway love ths ride especially da first hill. I can't wait 2 go 2 kennywood ths summer! The longest i've ever been in 4 da Phantom's Revenge was only 40 minutes.

yeah the old steel phantoms track on the first and second hill is getting new track. the steel phantoms track is different from the phantoms revenge track. when your in line if u look closely on the phantoms second drop u can see the new track begin down on the second drop. that same track is going to look like that on the first drop and second drop. the only arrow track left will be the lift hill and the station track.

What are you talking about? The most I've ever seen a line there was 40 minutes and that was on Phantom Fright nights. It's never more than 20 min. If you actually went into the line you would see. Plus it's impossible for a 3 to 4 hour wait. The line isn't long enough!
leave it to kennywood to put a mini science class in their (ghastly) lines!! this park seriously needs to work on finding ways to cut down the wait time for their mediocre rides.

I've ridden this coaster more times than I can even name, in probably every seat, but mainly the front, and I must say...it must just be my favorite coaster. And I've been on a lot of good ones. I've even been on the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point and I still get more enjoyment out of this than anything. Not saying the drasters bad, trust me, it's a blast. But this coaster has something that others don't.

I like melenium force and magnum a little better then this one. But this is defaintly in my top rollercoasters.

i don't remember there being an information board that tells what its like 2 sit in certain seats on the ride. anyway love ths ride especially da first hill. I can't wait 2 go 2 kennywood ths summer! The longest i've ever been in 4 da Phantom's Revenge was only 40 minutes.

I don't remember there being anyone either. It was probably because the people who got on the ride didn't care. They just cared about getting on the ride. lol

wow, only 40 minutes?! I've stood in line for an hour and a half! It was a school picnic though and EVERYONE was there! Me and my friend were eating popcorn waiting then throwing it at people to keep ourselves entertained. Haha(: This is an awesome video! Really good angles! Wow! I love the Phantom(: WEST MIFFLIN, FTW!!!

yeah the old steel phantoms track on the first and second hill is getting new track. the steel phantoms track is different from the phantoms revenge track. when your in line if u look closely on the phantoms second drop u can see the new track begin down on the second drop. that same track is going to look like that on the first drop and second drop. the only arrow track left will be the lift hill and the station track.

wait indeed! I went there on a Sunday, least busy day, and I saw the line set-up. I can just imagen how long that would be!!!! Give you at least a 3 or 4 hour wait for a 2 minute ride DX
The FYI for the front car is so true! My eyes got dried out and started tearing because of the wind!!!

What are you talking about? The most I've ever seen a line there was 40 minutes and that was on Phantom Fright nights. It's never more than 20 min. If you actually went into the line you would see. Plus it's impossible for a 3 to 4 hour wait. The line isn't long enough!

leave it to kennywood to put a mini science class in their (ghastly) lines!! this park seriously needs to work on finding ways to cut down the wait time for their mediocre rides.
