  • Thanks so much for posting this. My buddy I saw this show in Dallas in Feb 1973 and the'd added a green laser light show to it. We were 4 rows off ceter right in fron of Steve W. in the setup and were absolutely blown away. Other than a few "artistic" differences, it's almost identical to what's in my head. We left their and dropped $ off for tickets to the May Led Zep show in May Ft. Wth and got 2nd row seat in the mail. I think they were $12 as we had to pay "processing fee" lol peace.

  • Never mind my stupid question...I can finally hear the underlying bass in the song.

  • Then again maybe I just missed the bass player.

  • Love Traffic, but have one question...why did they not use a bass player in their early days?

  • @kingofcanton Doors didn't have one either,so you know Ry played left handed bass with the Fender keyboard bass. In an interview years ago with Steve, he said that when Dave Mason first left, they toured the US as a 3 piece with whoever was playing organ, either him or Chris depending on the song, that they'd use the organ's foot bass pedals to compensate. He said they were natural arrangers, but very hard to play live like that.

  • OOPS, I meant Ray, as in Ray Manzarek..
