yes, this works for xbox. Go to club selections at main menu, and SEARCH BY NAME for arshavin, then assign him to a club and you may or may not be able to get him on manager mode

go to international selections and replace Arshavin with the worst guy in the Russian pool. he should now be in free agents. now go to club transfers, select Arshavin and move him to arsenal. After this you can move Arshavin back in the Russian squad. P.S. you can do this to Vagner Love how is a 23 yr Brazilian striker rated at 80.

Zenit is not available in FIFA 09 but Russia is.

You have to transfer him from Russia to the Team of your choice.

Because in the transfers section, I can only see the clubs and not the international teams...so I don't know how to transfer him...

in team transfer mode pick a team. now you should see their squad. then press Y (360) or Triangle (PS3) for Search mode. search for Arshavin and then put him to the club of your choice
