Oh and can anyone tell me why the audience on american tv shows clap and cheer? I was watching Racheal Ray the other day and the audience started clapping and cheering when she added chives to her meat hahaha?

@Elementfifth Well Nigella comes from a very accomplished background. her father Nigel Lawson, who would become Chancellor of the Exchequer was a British politician during the Margaret Thatcher era. her mother is part of the J.Lyons & Co. empire who are responsible for restaurants, hotels and food manufacturing in England.
