i hate it when people say pitts are agressive, all dogs are agressive if yu train them the wrong way. we had a pittbull when i was just a kid and we never had a problem with him, didn't even mind other dogs around him(RIP Spikey). it's the owners that don't know how to train the dog and buy it just cause they're known as tough dogs, but they don't know what kind of responsibility dogs are and if a pitt goes wrong it definetly goes WRONG

Be skeptical about stories of pit bull attacks on the news or in papers: A lot of times when no breed is listed in an attack report the reporter in question will "upgrade" to pitbull. Even when another breed is responsible for killing someone, such as the 2 Presa Canarios that pretty much ate SF resident Diane Whipple alive, reporters eventually get tired of explaining what a Presa Canario is and start calling them pit bulls

I made the "mistake" of carrying my dog around...the thing is he is a labrador and now he is 9 months...and surprisinglt big and strong. Yet he won't jump...only if he is really excited...otherwise he just wants me to carry him around xD but oh well...that is fun too... xD

@NicolaRedwooddforest Beautiful sentiments. My pit bulls sleep inside. They like to go out for walks and they play in the side yard but they are inside dogs and I like them inside. They sleep in the living room on their Big Man chair I got lucky and found at a garage sale. I had to recover it with heavy duty fabric after several months but they love it. I open the blinds in the morning and Diesel gets up on the back of it and gets his 'watchdog fix' lol.
