I get a kick out of the old films of both Willie and Waylon before their outlaw days. But one thing is certain. Whether clean cut or sporting long hair and beards they were both very talented individuals whose music brought joy to a lot of people, including me.
Willie was/is a Jazz singer. His ability to manipulate and float around the beat is unparalleled in the country field.
