Another thing SSJ4 doesn't tear the universe assunder like SSJ3. All the people who reached SSJ3 learned new techniques: Gotenks: Super ghost kamikaze attack and Goku: Dragon fist. SSJ4, however, shows no new techniques besides the ssj4 fusion attacks.

You do know that gt and dragonball z dont have anything to do with each other they thought they could carry o dbz but it didnt work hence why there was so little episodes of gt. mabye thats why they are so weak, don't go to into it,

I've always thought SSJ4 was alot weaker than SSJ3 Mainly because, Goku as an SSJ4 had problems beating Baby oozaru vegeta. And we all know Vegeta could only go SSJ2, even with Baby in his body his power level was probably dimished considering Vegeta was probably trying to fight off the control. And while SSJ4 goku had problems defeating the shenrons, they would constantly defeat themselves by showing their weakness or the weakness destroying them.

first of all i don´t think the ssj4 is weaker than ssj3 because goku already said that it was the strongest transformation...but although this you are right saying the ssj3 is the strongest transformation because for me there is no ssj4 (toei animation wanted to carry on the serie without toriyama´s head, that why gt is not as good as dbz)(my opinion is that dbgt doesn´t exist!! and the most powerful enemy was buu, not the 1 star dragon!!!!) ;-)

In Budokai 3, they can go straight from SSJ1 to SSJ4 by maxing out the Ki bar.

Kaioken = 3 Bars

SSJ = 4 Bars

SSJ2 = 5 Bars

And so on...

They were basically the same game... Only difference is Infinite World added some cheap and sloppy cutscenes...

Budokai 1 has been the only game with good cutscenes.

Actually their strength isn't all that different, but Vegeta seems to sidestep and teleport a lot more than Goku. Just goes to show small techniques do make a difference.

well for goku b4 the final fight in gokus story mode with broly you have to go to one of the islands at the bottom left corner on the map and it will b their in dragon universe ... and for vegeta you have to buy it

For vegeta search the islands on the S-E part of the map. Vegeta will get angry for taking orders.Then go see bulma in the plains between Kami's Lookout and Baba's palace and then go to west city.There you have super saiyan 4 vegeta + defeat goku For SS4 Gogeta.
