Typical Liberal viewpoint; a heinous plot killing 3000 people is a "crime" not a "terrorist act," and so should be tried in a civilian court and not a military tribunal.
So the burden of proof WITHOUT DOUBT is on us.
Meaning, there is a chance they could be set free. And considering it's New York, they will most likely NEVER be executed for their disgusting acts.
Prosecution will come from people who believe that the USA is at fault for these people "getting angry" at us.
Finally some justice and promises kept and maybe some are right we may get Chaney behind bars too as far as fear bull we already had trial of terrorists here oh and if it wasn't for Chaney torturing maybe USA wouldn't have to prove we are a nation of fairness non torturing non war crime and justice. don't blame this administration blame bush Chaney and the war crimes they committed. great work Holder. we will get justice and we are no longer a country of fear yet strong and able.
