I have a 4th Gen, but I know of so many people who have battery life probs, including me. I can't watch a full 3 hour long film. It lasts me 2 and a half hours. However I have bought a speaker that charges it too, so I keep it there for when I dont use it so its not too bad. before I had to switch on my laptop to cahrge it. So annoying. But no the battery is rubiish. They should improve that, not add a camera that will drain it even more!

how the heck are you meant to use the camera it will be tricky even using it on the side even, as the lens is on the side not in front of the screen. also wont the sweat/dirt from your palm make the lens dirty from time to time.

no pictures just video, but I'm sure apple will realize this is a shortcoming and release a firmware update to enable this in a month or so, if something can shhot video it can also do pictures, seriously I can honestly say this Nano is going to be huge, it's video for the masses, I don't think apple know how big this 5th gen will be but watch this space in 2 months !

I bought an 8gb and all I have to say is this is awesome value for money, the camera video resolution is 640x480 which isn't great and not as good as my sony digital camera which does 720p BUT the sound quality of the videos is AWESOME ! it's AAC 2 Channel 44100 hz and sounds awesome as good as my HD 1080i Sony Handycam. Radio is brilliant reception and I live in a poor radio reception area10/10 product
