One thing you forgot to address, it is actually scientifically impossible for the universe to have a beginning, since energy can neither be created nor destroyed and matter can't just poof into existence. The big bang is not the universe's beginning because something had to exist to create the explosion. Ironically it is also not possible for the universe not to have a beginning because everything has to have a beginning and an end. So what say you to that?

That's not a huge problem. The universe AS WE KNOW IT, began around 13.7 billion years ago with the collision of two pre-existing brane-worlds. The base components of the universe have always existed, simply not always in the present form. So nothing has ever been created, but the universe transformed into what we know.

Very bad response. This video trashes Christians for thinking they can take the lack of evidence to disprove God as Proof of God. Fair enough, they can't do that, but any scientist would tell you lack of evidence to disprove God is just that, a lack of evidence, not proof of non-existence.

One thing you forgot to address, it is actually scientifically impossible for the universe to have a beginning, since energy can neither be created nor destroyed and matter can't just poof into existence. The big bang is not the universe's beginning because something had to exist to create the explosion. Ironically it is also not possible for the universe not to have a beginning because everything has to have a beginning and an end. So what say you to that?

That's not a huge problem. The universe AS WE KNOW IT, began around 13.7 billion years ago with the collision of two pre-existing brane-worlds. The base components of the universe have always existed, simply not always in the present form. So nothing has ever been created, but the universe transformed into what we know.

Very bad response. This video trashes Christians for thinking they can take the lack of evidence to disprove God as Proof of God. Fair enough, they can't do that, but any scientist would tell you lack of evidence to disprove God is just that, a lack of evidence, not proof of non-existence.
Science is not the act of proving things, it's the act of disproving previously accepted ideas to gain a greater understanding of the universe. All a scientist can say about God is "I don't know"

Religion does NOT make people feel better. It gives the illusion that they feel better, and that illusion cripples religious people. Instead of making their lives work, they accept the misery they are in to some level, and they do not fight against it.
Besides: you CAN be afraid of the afterlife even if it doesn't exist. There are a lot of people afraid of the devil too... or ghosts... or aliens... or little goddie... or what not. Those don't exist, but people ARE afraid of it.

If each has a unique set of abstract laws that just begs the question how does one physical universe generate a different set of non-physical laws in another?
