Yeah man, tell me about it. In the week just previous to lilou's workshop, I disslocated my right knee, wrecked every toe on my right foot playing football, and have chipped a bone in my elbow...so thats another reason for me taking it easy lol.

It was good craic though. Driving back to belfast was a bitch.

Lilou was holding the workshop, and after said, "we are going to battle, everyone versus me" lol.

If you watch the vid you may notice that lilous uses the other person as his ideas for his next set. Whatever they do he repeats but makes it way better, so he always has an idea, plus he takes breathers inbetween his sets by mixing power then footwork then power. But even still, that is insane.

lol yeah, lilou was dope. The others were pretty tired. We were breaking for and trainng for a couple of hours. I wasn't in this movie, i was filming it, plus I was really tired lol.

Lilou on the otherhand is a frigging machine. Puts the duracell bunny to shame lol. And to make things worse, he had an inhaler, so he managed to go out at least 16 times in a row, with asthma and beat everyone. Some serious athleticism. :)
